For smaller ceremonies (2-30) simply speak to an innkeeper & we will make all your arrangements for you. While we welcome weddings & civil unions all year long we are able to offer “Packages” at a reduced rate from March through Mid-June and September (exclusive of our Foliage Season) & November and December (exclusive of holidays).

For larger ceremonies (more than 30 - 175) the following is an approximation of costs designed to help you plan your special day:

Site fee- A site fee of $500.00 is required for ceremonies of 30-50 people, and $1000.00 for ceremonies of greater than 50 guests.

Lodging- The Inn has 13 rooms with rates ranging from $185-325/night. For weddings & civil unions of greater than 30 guests, the entire inn must be reserved for a two-day minimum stay. This cost can be assumed by the wedding/civil union couple or by the individual invited guest. The total cost for all rooms is $3205.00/night. Room rates include a full gourmet breakfast each morning for all house guests. There is a $15.00/pp service charge for any non-inn guest invited to breakfast.

Rental Equipment- Our dining room & pub will accommodate up to 60 guests. For events of this size held indoors, no rental equipment is ordinarily required. For outdoor events, a tent may be desirable. Tables, chairs, linens, china, silver & glassware e.g. may be necessary. We will be happy to coordinate all necessary arrangements you so desire. Prices are variable depending upon style & size desired. We will be happy to obtain estimates for your celebration once your wishes are known.

Reception- We do not have a set price but prefer to have our chef speak directly with you to develop a menu of your liking and in a price range you wish. Prices begin at $40/pp. We have a Wine Spectator Awarded wine list and can make recommendations for you with excellent wines beginning at $20/btl. Including champagnes. A variety of beer is available @ $5/btl. A fully stocked pub offers cocktails @ $6-7 depending upon brand.

Photography- Owner Bob Aldrich, an accomplished professional photographer, can provide photography services for a minimal fee, beginning at $250.

Florists, Musicians, Dee Jay's, Hairstylists who will come directly to the inn & anything else you might wish are all available. We are happy to make the arrangements for you once we know your wishes. Prices vary depending upon requests.

Wedding Cake- This can be done at the inn or by one of the many specialists available and typically are from $100.00

Activities- In season we can arrange many activities for the wedding/civil union couple or for attending guests. Horseback Riding, Biking, Golf, Swimming, Bromley “Thrill Zone” for children to name a few. A Romantic Horse-drawn sleigh ride and any winter activity and/or attraction can be arranged as well.

Miscellaneous- The State of Vermont requires a 9% tax on all lodging and meals and a 10% beverage tax on all alcohol. A gratuity of 18% is also customary for services provided- e.g. waitstaff, bartenders, housekeeping.
