The Inn at Weston offers a romantic, candlelit dining experience year round to house guests and the public alike. The dining room has an attached cozy pub with fireplace, fully stocked bar, and french doors which open onto a spacious deck and orchid-filled gazebo offering magnificent warm weather outdoor dining. The gazebo, mentioned as "the best table in Vermont" in a review by Vermont.com, has a single table for up to six people, and is frequently the site of special occasions such as birthdays and anniversaries. Live piano music is offered nightly, and requests from our dining guests are always welcomed!

The menu changes seasonally and is always based upon the availability of the freshest, and where possible, local ingedients. The Inn at Weston is a proud member of the Vermont Fresh Network.

The Inn offers two different menus seasonally. The Fine Dining Menu is offered from mid June through March. A more casual Bistro Menu is offered on Wed and Sun from November through March, and nightly from April until mid June.

The dining experience at The Inn at Weston is guided by chef Jennifer Cayer. Growing up on a small family farm in Barnard, Vermont, Jen was allowed to cook as soon as she learned to read. She has worked in a number of area restaurants, most notably the Windham Hill Inn where she worked as Sous Chef, and then later Executive Chef, for many years. Deeply rooted in sustainable agriculture, Jen is a small scale farmer herself. She is dedicated to bringing you the best and freshest local ingredients possible. She will delight you with an eclectic mix of styles, down-home soul warming soups, slow cooked French inspired classics, and creative interpretations of American cuisine. When she is not doing her magic in the Inn's kitchen, Jen spends her time on a small country farm tucked in the Vermont woods, raising ducks, chickens, and exotic heirloom vegetables.
